Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ApplyGenie account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)

Sign in to your ApplyGenie account.
Go to Profile → Security.
In the Delete Account section, confirm and select Delete Account.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't sign in, email soudas@aeonixiinnovations.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". After we verify your identity, your account and data are deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following, and it cannot be undone:

Your profile and account details (name, email, phone)
Your resumes and resume profiles
Saved jobs and job applications you tracked
Course selections and preferences
Subscription and transaction records
Active device sessions

Some records may be retained for a limited period only where required by law (e.g. tax or accounting obligations). See our Privacy Policy for details.
