Selection Process
All applications will be screened. The selection process will be held only for candidates found eligible after screening. The list of eligible and ineligible candidates, along with any later notices about this recruitment, will be published only on the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur website and on the notice board at the office where applications are received. Candidates will not be informed individually.
How to Apply
• Print the application form attached to the notice on thick white A4-size paper. The form is also on the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur website. • Fill in the form legibly. Every field is mandatory, and an incomplete form will be rejected. The form asks for your personal and contact details, the languages you know, your computer proficiency, your education, your work experience (with 30 to 50 words on your responsibilities), your notice period and a signed declaration. • Put the form and all documents in an envelope and seal it. • On the envelope, write the name of the post you are applying for, your full name, your address and your mobile number. • Send the envelope by post, or hand it in, at the Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, during office hours except on holidays, by 4:00 pm on 6 November 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. The Health Department is not responsible if an application arrives late or does not arrive for any reason.
