The recruitment is being conducted to fill specialist doctor posts on a contract basis at Ayush hospitals upgraded under the centrally sponsored National Ayush Mission scheme in Kolar district. S. Eligibility
Post Name: Required Qualification Homoeopathy Specialist Doctor: MS/MD postgraduate degree in Homoeopathy. Age Limit
Candidates must have completed a minimum of 18 years as on the date of application. As per Government of Karnataka Order No. ಸಿಆಸುಇ 262 ಸೇನೆನಿ 2025, dated 29 January 2026, a one-time relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit has been given to all categories. After applying this relaxation, the maximum age limits are as follows: Category: Maximum Age Limit General candidates: 40 years Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B: 43 years SC, ST and Category-1: 45 years An additional age relaxation of 10 years is applicable for differently-abled candidates and widows, subject to rules.
Salary
Selected candidates for both the Homoeopathy Specialist Doctor and Ayurveda Specialist Doctor posts will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 52,550/- plus Rs. 5,000/- PG Allowance (PG allowance is applicable only to postgraduate degree holders). The monthly amount is released subject to satisfactory performance of duties.

Important Instructions
• The contract appointment is purely temporary and will end on 31 March 2027, subject to further extension decisions by the Ayush Directorate and District Ayush Committee. • Selected candidates must stay at the headquarters station and be available for emergency duty round the clock. • The contract appointment can be terminated at any time without assigning a reason, or by either party giving one month's notice. • Candidates will not have any right to permanent appointment, pension, retirement gratuity, pay scale, or other allowances. • The contract appointment is specific to the hospital mentioned; there is no provision for transfer or deputation to another hospital, clinic, or district. • Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will be rejected without notice. • Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
