The selection involves a computer skill test consisting of 15 minutes of English typing and 15 minutes of Hindi typing. Merit is determined based on educational marks and computer skill test performance distributed as follows: • Higher Secondary marks weightage: 50% • Higher educational qualification maximum marks: 10 marks (Graduation - 05 marks / Postgraduate - 05 marks) • Computer skill test marks weightage: 25% • Experience working as a Employment Assistant (Rojgar Sahayak): 15 marks (3 marks per year, maximum 5 years, minimum 1 year and 09 months of work experience required).
