Eligibility
• Qualification & Experience (Para Legal Worker / Lawyer): Law degree / legal training or knowledge of laws + minimum 3 years experience in government/NGO women-related project or 2 years court litigation experience. • Qualification & Experience (Office Assistant): Graduate + diploma in computer/IT + minimum 3 years experience in data management, documentation, web reporting, video conferencing. • Qualification & Experience (Case Worker): Graduate in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology + minimum 3 years relevant experience in women-related government/NGO projects; preferably local resident. • Qualification & Experience (Security Guard / Night Guard): 8th pass from recognized board + minimum 2 years experience as security personnel; preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel.
Age Limit
• Minimum: 21 years • Maximum: 45 years (including all relaxations as per government rules) • Age proof via birth certificate or 8th/10th marksheet required.
Salary
• Para Legal Worker / Lawyer, Office Assistant, Case Worker: 18420/- per month (Level-6) • Security Guard / Night Guard: 11360/- per month (Level-1) • One-time consolidated service fee only; no other allowances/benefits.
Selection Process
• Merit list preparation based on academic percentage (max 60 marks), additional experience (max 10 marks), bonus for relevant women helpline/Sakhi experience (max 10 marks) — total 80 marks. • Walk-in Interview / Skill Test: 20 marks (including local language knowledge). • Final selection by District Level Selection Committee; recommendation to District Collector (final authority). • Priority for previously engaged service providers from Sakhi centres (as per guidelines).
