Eligibility
• Sr. Manager/ Manager (Organic & Agri Business): Full time B.Sc (Agriculture)/M.Sc (Agriculture)/MBА (Agri-Business) • Manager/ Deputy Manager -Marketing & Sales (Ambient Segment): Full time Post-graduate degree/ diploma in the field of Marketing. • Manager/ Deputy Manager-Marketing & Sales (Frozen Segment): Full time Post-graduate degree/diploma in the field of Marketing. • Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager -Marketing & Sales (Fresh Segment): Full time Post-graduate degree/ diploma in the field of Marketing. • Assistant -Sales & Distribution (Fresh/Ambient/ Frozen Segment): Full time Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University. • Assistant – Marketing & Branding: Fulltime Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University.
Age Limit
• Sr. Manager/ Manager (Organic & Agri Business): 38 years • Manager/ Deputy Manager -Marketing & Sales (Ambient Segment): should not be less than 35 years of age and more than 40 year • Manager/ Deputy Manager-Marketing & Sales (Frozen Segment): should not be less than 35 years of age and more than 40 years • Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager -Marketing & Sales (Fresh Segment): Not above 35 years • Assistant -Sales & Distribution (Fresh/Ambient/ Frozen Segment): Not above 30 years • Assistant – Marketing & Branding: Not above 30 years
Salary
• Sr. Manager/ Manager (Organic & Agri Business): CTC Rs.10.06 lakhs - Rs.11.14 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. • Manager/ Deputy Manager -Marketing & Sales (Ambient Segment): CTC Rs.8.98 lakhs- 10.06 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions • Manager/ Deputy Manager-Marketing & Sales (Frozen Segment): CTC Rs.8.98 lakhs- 10.06 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. • Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager -Marketing & Sales (Fresh Segment): CTC Rs.7.90 lakhs- Rs. 8.98 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions • Assistant -Sales & Distribution (Fresh/Ambient/ Frozen Segment): CTC Rs. 4.55 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions • Assistant – Marketing & Branding: CTC Rs. 4.55 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions.
Selection Process
• Candidates eligible as per TOR shall have to undergo a Document Verification round followed by a Written Test and Personal Interview.
