Age Limit
Post: Minimum Age (as on 01 July 2025) | Maximum Age (as on 01 July 2025) Associate Professor: 30 years | 62 years Professor: 35 years | 62 years The cutoff date for age calculation is 01 July 2025. For Uttarakhand's Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other notified categories, the upper age limit will be higher by as many years as specified in the applicable rules.
Salary
Post: Pay Scale | Level Professor: ₹1,44,200 - ₹2,18,200 | Level-14 Associate Professor: ₹1,31,100 - ₹3,16,600 | Level-13(A) As per Government Order No. 79293/XXVIII(5)/2022-(E-22311) dated 28 November 2022, a 50% allowance under the Medical Teachers Deficiency Compensatory Scheme is admissible for postings in hilly areas, namely Srinagar and Almora.

Important Instructions
• Candidates must ensure they hold all mandatory educational, category, and reservation-related certificates by the last date of the online application. For educational qualification, the date on the mark sheet (Marksheet Issuing Date) will be considered. • The Board does not advise candidates on their eligibility; candidates should study the notification carefully and apply only if satisfied that they meet all conditions. • Issue of an admit card does not mean the candidature has been finally confirmed by the Board.
