Category: Processing Fee General: Rs. 500 Reserved Category: Rs. 200 Pay the fee by IPO or bank draft drawn on State Bank of India/UCO Bank Nauni (Solan)-173230 (HP), payable to the Comptroller, Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni (Solan). To get the reserved-category fee, attach your category certificate. The fee is not refunded. If you apply for more than one position, send a separate form and fee for each.
Selection Process
Selection is by interview and evaluation of documents. The interview is held in the office chamber of the Director of Research, Directorate of Research, UHF, Nauni (Solan). No interview letter is sent. Candidates attend on the date at their own expense and must bring all their original testimonials. The notice also says the concerned Dean, Head of Department or Principal Investigator may attend. Excuses such as a breakdown, mail problems or illness are not accepted for missing the interview. The University may choose not to fill any or all of the positions, without giving a reason.
