Age Limit
The age limit is 35 years. Eligibility in every respect is determined as on the prescribed closing date for the online application. The upper age limit is relaxed for SC, ST, OBC, Disabled and Ex-servicemen candidates as per GoI Rules. A Matriculation or Higher Secondary School Examination Certificate issued by the concerned board is valid proof of age.
Selection Process
Selection is on the basis of overall record and performance in the interview. The stages are: • Scrutiny of applications: a duly constituted Scrutiny Committee may limit those called for interview to a reasonable number, based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed. • Screening Test: the university will hold this test to shortlist candidates as per the requirements. • Interview and Document Verification: original documents must be produced, and failure to do so cancels the candidature. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not by itself give a right to be called for the screening test or interview. Applicants who are not shortlisted will not receive any correspondence. Canvassing in any form disqualifies a candidate.
