• Assistant: Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or autonomous body or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings or recognised university or recognised research institution. • Assistant: Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with five years of regular service rendered after appointment in the grade of Upper Division Clerk in level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100); or with ten years of regular service rendered after appointment in the grade of Lower Division Clerk in level-2 (Rs.19900-63200). • Assistant: Having proficiency in computer including office applications..
