Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of application (29/05/2026). This recruitment is exclusively for women SHG members who are active members of SHGs operating under the respective Panchayat-level federations. Criteria: Details Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard (Class XII). Must be able to read, write and communicate well in both Tamil and English, and must have numerical/accounting skills. In hilly/tribal areas, if 12th pass candidates are not available, candidates with 10th Standard pass with other required qualifications may be considered with special permission from the District Collector. Stage 1 – Written Test Stage: Marks Written Test (Ezhuttuth Thervu): 75 Interview / Personal Interview (Nermugath Thervu): 25 Total Weightage Marks: 100 Eligible candidates will be called for the Written Test and Interview conducted by the District Selection Committee. Final selection will be based on the total weightage marks obtained. Stage 2 – Interview Candidates who qualify in the Written Test will be called for a personal Interview by the District Selection Committee. The interview carries 25 marks and assesses the candidate's communication ability, knowledge of SHG operations, banking transactions experience, and suitability for field-level coordination work.

Important Instructions
• This is a temporary post with a monthly honorarium of Rs. 2,500/- only. It is NOT a permanent or regular government job.
