Eligibility
• Fellow: Graduates in any discipline. Preference will be given to graduates in social science, social work, health, law, etc. Minimum criteria of education can be relaxed for exceptional and experienced candidates. • Experience: 2-3 years of experience of working with NT-DNT communities (in a NGO, CBO or any other organisation).
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 20 years • Maximum Age: 40 years • Age Relaxation: The Institute reserves the right to relax qualification and working conditions of the candidate based on the work experience and to relax age in the case of persons already holding comparable positions in a University/Research Institution of repute.
Salary
• Selected youth will receive a stipend/honorarium of Rs. 15000/- per month for 2 years. • Further, 10 selected youths will receive stipend/honorarium support of Rs. 15000/- for the third year, based on their performance over the two years (for organisation development initiative).
