Eligibility
• Research Officer: PG in Life Sciences + 3 years of clinical trial monitoring experience OR PhD + monitoring experience. • Project Manager (Monitoring): PG + 5 years of monitoring experience OR PhD + 2 years of monitoring experience (desirable: project/line management experience). • Clinical Research Associate: Master’s in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Public Health + 3 years of monitoring experience OR MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BPT + monitoring experience. • Senior Project Associate: PG in Life Sciences + mandatory GCP certification. • Consultant (Finance): B.Com + 4 years OR M.Com + 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Age Limit
• All Posts: As per GoI norms (SC/ST 5 yr, OBC 3 yr, PwBD 10–15 yr, etc.).
Salary
• Research Officer: ₹67,000 + HRA Per Month • Project Manager (Monitoring): ₹78,000 + HRA Per Month • Clinical Research Associate: ₹67,000 + HRA Per Month • Senior Project Associate: ₹56,000 + HRA Per Month • Consultant (Finance): ₹60,000 (fixed) Per Month
