THDC has announced recruitment of 30 ITI Trade Apprentice posts for Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) and Stenographer/Secretarial Assistant (Hindi). Eligible Uttarakhand domiciled candidates who passed 10th and ITI in relevant trade in 2023‑2025 can apply online via apprenticeshipindia.org and submit application by post. Stipend will be paid per month as per Apprentices Act. Selection is merit‑based on ITI marks with no interview.

Selection Process
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit prepared from marks obtained in ITI examination in the relevant trade. If two or more candidates secure the same marks, the candidate with higher age will be given preference. There will be no interview for the selection of candidates for apprenticeship training.
