Selection Process
Selection is based on a total of 100 marks, distributed as follows: Component: Marks | Details Written Test (Computer-Based Test): 75 | 75 multiple-choice questions, 1 mark each, 90-minute duration. No negative marking. Conducted through AP Online Service at various test centres. Experience: 15 | 1 mark per completed 6-month block of relevant service in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector institutions or hospitals with a minimum 500-bed strength meeting statutory (EPF/ESI) compliance. Maximum 15 marks. Interview: 10 | Conducted after shortlisting based on written test and experience marks. Additional points on selection: • If total applications received for the post are less than 10, selection is based on weightage of marks in the qualifying examination, experience, and interview.
