Eligibility
• Educational Qualification (Essential): Graduate Degree in Law from NLSIU or any equivalent Law School/College of the country with minimum 60% marks. Salary
• Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/- per month (consolidated). On extension for another year (based on satisfactory performance), remuneration may be increased up to 5% (maximum 1.25 times of initial remuneration). • Period of Engagement: Initial term of one year, extendable on case-to-case basis. • General Conditions: Full-time engagement, no other assignment permitted, secrecy as per Official Secrets Act, 1923, non-disclosure agreement, no additional allowances (except specified TA/DA for tours), leave as per rules, police verification mandatory, etc.
