Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in Level-9 of the Pay Matrix under the Sikkim State Subordinate Agriculture Service. During the period of Probation/Apprenticeship/Training, pay shall be governed as per Notification No. 489/GEN/DOP dated 31.10.2011.
Application Fee
Candidates need to pay an application fee of ₹200/- online through Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard). The fee once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted against any other purpose.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the SPSC Village Level Worker Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following stages: • Written Examination — as per the scheme and pattern given in Appendix-I of the official notification. • Document Scrutiny — candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for verification of original/attested documents on dates specified by the Commission. Candidates are advised to download the detailed syllabus and exam pattern from the official SPSC website before beginning preparation.
How to Apply
• Visit the official SPSC website: spsc.sikkim.gov.in • Go through the detailed advertisement and read all instructions carefully before proceeding. • Register/login and fill in the online application form for Advertisement No. 03/SPSC/EXAM/2026. • Upload the required documents and photograph/signature as specified. • Pay the application fee of ₹200/- online via Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. • Submit the application on or before 31 August 2026 and save a copy of the confirmation for future reference. Note: Applications received through any mode other than online will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected. Applications submitted after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted, and SPSC will not be responsible for the same.

• Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification (COI) issued by the competent authority • Category Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Sikkim • Valid Local Employment Card issued by the appropriate authority • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Head of Department, in case of an employed candidate • Marital Status Certificate for female candidates; married women candidates must enclose COI/Sikkim Subject Certificate of their husband
Important Instructions
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending the examination. • Admission to all stages of the examination is purely provisional and subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. • If, at any stage of verification, a candidate is found ineligible, their candidature will be cancelled by the Commission without notice. • The Commission will entertain applications for review or RTI/correspondence only after the entire recruitment process is complete. • Any further instructions, corrigendum, or addendum will be uploaded only on the official SPSC website. • E-Admit cards can be downloaded after a notice is published by the Commission on its official website. • Candidates must carry a valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter's Card, or Driving License) along with the e-admit card to the examination centre.
