Salary
The total CTC at the time of joining is Rs. 7.85 lakhs per annum, structured as follows: Component: Amount Fixed CTC (including NPS contribution): Rs. 4.49 lakhs Variable Pay (performance-based): Rs. 2.88 lakhs Health Insurance Premium paid by the Bank (coverage Rs. 5.25 lakhs): Rs. 0.48 lakhs Total CTC: Rs. 7.85 lakhs per annum Additionally, Junior Officers posted under the Delhi, Mumbai and Pune regions are eligible for a special allowance of Rs. 10,000/month, and those posted under the Ahmedabad region are eligible for a special allowance of Rs. 5,000/month, after 3 months of active service and subject to performance review.
