Salary
SIDBI Specialist Officers are offered contractual appointments with attractive Cost to Company (CTC) remuneration varying by post: Post Name: Salary (CTC per annum) Data Scientist (DS): Around ₹25.00 lakh AI Specialists (AIS): Around ₹25.00 lakh ML Engineers (MLE): Around ₹20.00 lakh Data Engineers (DE): ₹35.00 to ₹40.00 lakh Data Protection Officer (DPO): ₹50.00 to ₹55.00 lakh Relationship Manager (RM-CD): ₹20 to ₹25 lakh Portfolio Manager (PM): ₹45 to ₹55 lakh Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM): ₹25 to ₹30 lakh Cluster Manager (CM): Around ₹12.00 lakh Additional Benefits: • Group Insurance and other facilities • Provision for annual increment on CTC based on performance review • Suitable variable component linked to performance Contract Period: Initial contract period of 3 years, subject to interim review, extendable for further period up to 2 years at sole discretion of the Bank. Contract can be terminated at 3 months' notice on either side or salary in lieu thereof. Note: The remuneration figures are indicative ballpark ranges. A candidate's fit for the role in terms of skills, experience and alignment with SIDBI's mandate shall be evaluated first.
