Eligibility

Salary
• Selected candidates will be offered a remuneration of ₹12.00 lakh per annum on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, inclusive of fixed and variable components. • Additional facilities such as Group Insurance will also be provided. • An annual increment on the initially fixed CTC will be considered based on periodic performance review. • The salary includes a variable component of 10%, released subject to satisfactory performance as decided by the Bank.
Selection Process
• Selection is done through shortlisting and personal interview at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. • SIDBI may conduct an online Psychometric Test or any other suitable test to assess personality, communication level, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and suitability for the post. • Results of the Psychometric Test may be placed before the interview panel for a thorough perspective on candidates. • The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection procedure if deemed fit. • Merit List: Prepared in descending order based solely on interview scores. • Wait List: SIDBI may draw a wait list to meet actual requirements, if needed. • In case of a tie in interview scores, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranked higher), both in the select list and wait list.
