Selection Process
There is no written exam or interview. Selection is purely merit-based. • Applications received are first screened to confirm eligibility. • Eligible candidates are then selected on a merit list based on the percentage of total marks (CGPA, averaged across semesters) obtained in their ITI trade. • In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate is given priority. • A waiting list may be used if required. • Final selection is subject to a medical fitness certificate issued by the District Medical Officer. • Candidates who do not join within the stipulated time will have their selection cancelled.
