Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date 19-05-2026. Before applying, candidates should ensure they fulfill the eligibility and other criteria. Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders are not eligible to apply for apprenticeship in response to this notification as they are governed by a separate scheme of Apprenticeship. Candidates who have already done apprenticeship in any organization should not apply again - such candidatures will not be entertained. Educational Qualification Qualification: Details Matriculation (10th): Passed Matriculation or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board. ITI Certificate: National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by NCVT, or Provisional Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT. Candidate must fill their 10th & ITI marks on the portal in qualification section; otherwise the application will be automatically rejected. No other higher qualification to be filled.
Age Limit
Candidates must be minimum 15 years and not more than 24 years of age as on 19-05-2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), Divyang/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen (10 years). For Ex-Servicemen, an additional 10 years relaxation (plus 3 years if continuous service of 6 months) is also applicable. Selection Process
Selection will be based on a merit list prepared for all candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in Matriculation (minimum 50% aggregate) plus ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. For candidates from boards like Board of Secondary Education Andhra Pradesh and Board of Public Examination Kerala (grade-based systems), SECR Nagpur Division will take the midpoint of the range of grades obtained, treating each subject as out of 100 marks for average calculation. Shortlisted candidates will be subject to verification of all original testimonials and appropriate medical examination. After selection, requests to change division/unit will not be entertained. How to Apply

The online portal will be active from 19-05-2026 to 18-06-2026 (23:59 hrs). Candidates must carefully fill their 10th and ITI marks on the portal in the qualification section - if these marks do not appear in the downloaded Excel file, the candidature will be rejected.
