Eligibility

Salary
Post: Pay Level / Pay Specialist (Paediatrician) & Specialist (Medicine): Rs. 2,000/- per slot of two hours per day (The honorarium will be paid on monthly basis from the RKS account on the basis of number of slots worked by the Specialists and duly verified by the Member Secretary, RKS, SDH - Manimajra, Chandigarh) Specialists will not be eligible for membership towards GPF/CPF/GIS etc. No official accommodation, conveyance allowance, House rent allowance etc shall be admissible. EPF deductions/ESI deductions and any gratuity are not applicable to him/her, and the Specialists cannot claim for the same legally. No Casual leave/ maternity leave/ abortion leave/ medical leave will be allowed.
Important Instructions
• Specialists will be engaged on honorarium per slot basis. • Specialists will be temporary in nature under RKS and not an employee of SDH Manimajra /Health Department, U.T, Chandigarh. • Specialists cannot claim for any regular appointment against any post in Health Department, Chandigarh/ SDH Manimajra, Chandigarh. • If during the continuance of Specialists engagement, any liability is fastened on the hospital due to the negligence in the performance of their duties, the same shall be borne by Specialists and the SDH- Manimajra /Health Department/ RKS shall not be responsible for the same. • No TA/DA will be paid for interview. • The Chairperson, RKS, Manimajra reserves the right to reject Walk-In-Interview without assigning any reason.
