Eligibility

Salary
The pay scale for Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) is Rs. 24,050-1340/3-28,070-1650/3-33,020-2000/4-41,020-2340/7-57,400-4400/1-61,800-2680/1-64,480. The starting Basic Pay is Rs. 26,730 (Rs. 24,050 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates). The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee posted at a Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs. 46,000 per month, inclusive of Dearness Allowance, other allowances at the current rate, and two additional increments for newly recruited graduate Junior Associates. Allowances may vary depending on the place of posting. Selected candidates will be eligible for reimbursement of various perquisites, provident fund, pension under the New Pension Scheme (Defined Contribution Benefit), medical, leave-fare, and other facilities as per Bank instructions issued from time to time.

Selection consists of an online Preliminary Examination, an online Main Examination, and (where applicable) a Local Language Proficiency Test.

Important Instructions
• Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate.
