Application Fee
Category: Application Fee General/UR/OBC/EWS (not exempted): Rs. 350/- (excluding applicable taxes and charges) SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen (eligible)/Women: Exempted Fee is payable online via net banking or Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI. Ex-Servicemen who have already secured regular civil-side employment under Central Government after availing ESM reservation benefits are NOT eligible for fee waiver and must pay as per their respective category. Fee once paid is non-refundable and cannot be held in reserve for any other examination. Candidates applying for multiple posts must pay the examination fee separately for each post. A fee of Rs. 200/- per objection applies for challenging the question paper/provisional answer key.
Exam Pattern
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of bilingual (Hindi/English, except General English) multiple choice questions, over a duration of 120 minutes. Selection Process
• All applicants (CA'A', CH, FED-OG, CMTD-OG) must appear in the online Computer Based Test (CBT). • There is no Endurance Test/Skill Test for CA'A' and CH applicants; the final provisional merit for these posts is based on CBT merit only. • For FED(OG): candidates are shortlisted in a ratio of at least 1:15 (vacancy:shortlisted) based on CBT merit for a qualifying Endurance Test (carrying filled sand & water buckets 100m in 45 seconds, 20 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 bent-knee sit-ups), followed by a qualifying Skill Test (driving tests, vehicle mechanism knowledge, tyre-changing, minor repairs, firefighting awareness, etc.). • For CMTD(OG): candidates are shortlisted in a ratio of at least 1:15 based on CBT merit for a qualifying Skill Test (driving on ramp/road, road rules, vehicle mechanism knowledge, routine vehicle checks). There is no Endurance Test for CMTD(OG). • Skill Test/Endurance Test is qualifying in nature only; the final merit list for FED(OG) and CMTD(OG) is based on CBT merit, subject to qualifying in the respective test(s). • In case of a tie in aggregate marks, it is resolved first by Date of Birth (older candidate ranked higher), and if still tied, by alphabetical order of first names. • Provisional appointment is strictly based on relative merit position in the CBT, subject to document verification, medical examination, and other requirements.

Important Instructions
