Criteria: Details Educational Qualification: Should have passed 12th Standard (Higher Secondary) Language Proficiency: Should be able to read, write and speak Tamil and English fluently Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as Animator in Self Help Group (SHG). Must be a member of Village Panchayat Level Federation SHG. Age Limit: Should be below 35 years Additional Preferred Skills: Computer knowledge, Driving knowledge with Two-wheeler license, Android Phone with SMS & WhatsApp handling ability, Experience in bank transactions and loan application processing, Good communication skills Target Group: Must belong to the target group identified through community assessment

Candidates should be below 35 years of age as on the date of notification. Age relaxation may be applicable as per government norms for eligible categories.
Selection Process
Selection will be done based on eligibility verification, experience, and performance in the selection process (Interview / Verification) conducted by the concerned authorities. Selected candidates will be appointed on contract basis.
