Salary
The RSP Apprentice stipend varies by category and, for engineering Diploma/Degree apprentices, is shared between RSP and the Basic Off-Roll Training Provider (BOPT) under DBT mode. Category: Monthly Stipend Trade Apprentice (ITI) - general trades: ₹10,560/- Trade Apprentice - COPA & Welder trades: ₹9,600/- Graduate Apprentice (Degree): ₹12,300/- Technician Apprentice (Diploma): ₹10,900/- Stipend for Trade Apprentices is as per rates prescribed by MSDE, GoI. For Graduate/Technician (Diploma & Degree) Apprentices, 50% of the stipend is paid by RSP and 50% by BOPT under DBT mode, or as per prescribed MSDE rates. The training duration is one year. RSP will not provide accommodation or travel allowance to apprentices during training.
