Eligibility
• Dy Manager / Assistant Manager (Operation): Graduate with MBA/PGDM (Operations) from an institution of repute. Dy Manager: Minimum 7 years relevant experience; Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years relevant experience. Experience in ride-hailing organisation preferred. • Executive (Operation): Graduate with MBA/PGDM (Operations) from an institution of repute. Minimum 4 years experience. Experience in ride-hailing organisation preferred. • Associate (Operation): Graduate from an institution of repute. Minimum 3 years experience. Experience in ride-hailing organisation preferred.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 years. • Age relaxation may be given to highly deserving candidates.
Salary
• Dy Manager: ₹13.75 LPA (CTC includes Basic Pay, HRA as per place of posting, Conveyance and Mobile phone expenses) • Assistant Manager: ₹11.40 LPA (CTC includes Basic Pay, HRA as per place of posting, Conveyance and Mobile phone expenses) • Executive (Operation): ₹7.62 LPA (CTC includes Basic Pay, HRA as per place of posting, Conveyance and Mobile phone expenses) • Associate (Operation): ₹5 LPA (CTC includes Basic Pay, HRA as per place of posting, Conveyance and Mobile phone expenses)
