Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview. It is held at the RECPDCL Corporate Office or online, as the management decides. Offers go out in order of merit, based on the number of vacancies. If many applications come in, RECPDCL may use higher shortlisting criteria. • Open the career page at www.recpdcl.in and register on the online recruitment portal with a user name and email ID. Neither can be changed after registration. • Use the link sent to your registered email to set a password and activate your login. • Log in and click "Apply" against the post you want. You can apply for only one post. • Upload scanned documents, a recent passport-size colour photograph and your signature. All files must be in .jpg format, between 10KB and 100KB. • Fill in and submit the form before 06:30 PM on 17 November 2026. Corrections are not possible after submission. • Keep the acknowledgement and a printout of the preview page. You do not need to send a hard copy. Use a valid email ID and mobile number and keep them for at least a year, because all communication goes to that email. The portal works best in Chrome. Incomplete applications are rejected summarily.
