• Download or prepare the application in the prescribed format for the specific post - Honorary Doctors and Panel Doctors require separate applications. • Fill in personal details, qualification details, registration details, and experience details as applicable. • Affix a duly signed passport-size photograph, and mention the specialty applied for. • Attach attested photocopies of educational qualification and experience certificates. • Write the name of the post applied for on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. • Send the completed application by post to: Deputy General Manager (HR) – Unit, Human Resource Department (Trombay Unit), First Floor, Room No. 117-A, Administrative Building, Chembur, Mumbai – 400074, so as to reach on or before 31 July 2026.

• Duly filled application in the prescribed format (separate formats for Honorary Doctors and Panel Doctors) • Recent passport-size photograph, duly signed and affixed on the application • Attested photocopies of educational qualification certificates • Attested photocopies of experience certificates • Medical Council registration details (number, date, state, and council) • Details of research papers/articles published, if any (for Honorary Doctors) • For Panel Doctors: details of clinic/dispensary address, timings, facilities, equipment, average daily patients, and prior empanelment details, if any
Important Instructions
• Incomplete or unsigned applications, applications not in the prescribed format, applications without attested photocopies of required certificates, and applications received after the last date will not be considered. • Candidates applying for both Honorary Doctors and Panel Doctors posts must send separate applications for each. • Engagement will initially be for three years and may be terminated by either side with one month's notice. • The engagement is purely temporary in nature and does not create an employer-employee relationship between RCF Ltd. and the doctor. • The company reserves the right to cancel or alter the advertisement, partially or completely, without being obligated to communicate the reason to candidates.
