Salary
Selected candidates will undergo 6 months training and will receive consolidated stipend during training period. After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed in Grade II-(A6) with attractive salary and benefits. During 6-Month Training Period: Component: Details Consolidated Stipend: Rs. 22,000/- per month Hostel Accommodation: Free of cost (on sharing basis during training) Medical Facility: For self at RCF Hospital Sports Complex: Free access to Sports Complex facility After Successful Completion of Training (Regular Employment): Component: Details / Amount Grade & Pay Scale: Grade II-(A6): Rs. 22,000 - 60,000 Basic Pay (at minimum of scale): Rs. 22,000/- VDA (Variable Dearness Allowance): 53.4% of Basic Pay Perks: 34% of Basic Pay HRA (House Rent Allowance): 30% for Class A cities (subject to company accommodation availability) Total Monthly Gross Salary (approx.): Rs. 47,800/- at minimum of scale Additional Benefits: • Company accommodation (subject to availability) in lieu of HRA • Performance Related Pay (PRP) • Free Medical facility for self & dependents • Gratuity • Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) • Accident Insurance • Social Security Schemes as applicable

The selection process for RCFL Operator Trainee Recruitment 2026 consists of Computer Based Online Test, Document Scrutiny, Skill Test (Qualifying nature), and Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Final selection is based on marks obtained in Online Test only (100% weightage). Skill Test is qualifying in nature.
