Eligibility
• Upper Division Clerk: Deputation (including short term contract): Officers under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Organizations holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or with eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk in level-2 (Rs.19900-63200) or equivalent; and Possessing educational qualification or experience prescribed for direct recruitment. Direct Recruitment: Bachelor degree from recognised university or institution. Proficiency in English or Hindi typing on computer.
