Selection Process
Applications will be invited after publicity. Selection will be merit‑based, considering knowledge, skills, practice and experience. A selection committee chaired by the Principal District & Sessions Judge with at least three senior judicial officers will evaluate candidates. Final approval is by the Executive Chairman, SLSA. Selected candidates will be engaged on a contract basis for two years with yearly extensions based on performance, assessed every six months.
