• Graduate Degree from a university/institution recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies, along with Professional certification in financial risk management from GARP or PRMIA Institute or at least two years experience as CRO in a regulated lending entity; Desirable: CFA, CA, CMA, PG in Finance/Economics/Banking/Risk Management/Business Administration or specialized certification in treasury/credit/operational/cyber/climate/model risk
