Selection Process
Selection will be made through a Computer Based Online Test followed by Document Checking. The online test has two parts: Part‑I (Qualifying Punjabi Language test, 50 MCQs, 50% minimum marks) and Part‑II (Technical test, 100 MCQs covering Punjabi, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Arithmetic). Minimum qualifying marks in Part‑II: 25% for General Category, 20% for Reserve Categories. Merit list is prepared on Part‑II marks only. Candidates qualifying the test are called for Document Checking. Final selection is after successful document verification. Selected candidates undergo 6‑month Classroom + On‑the‑Job Training. Probation period: 3 years.
