• Download the application form, which is on pages 3 and 4 of the official notification PDF. • Fill in the post(s) you are applying for, say whether you are applying for Project I, Project II or both, and paste a recent passport-size photograph. • Complete your personal details, educational qualifications (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation), your experience in date order and any other research experience. Then sign the declaration. • Report on Friday, 6 November 2026 to Class Room No. 3, Department of Public Administration, First Floor, Arts Block 3, Sector 14, Panjab University, Chandigarh 160014. • Hand in the filled form when you report, no later than 01.00 p.m. Incomplete forms, and applications not in the given format, may be rejected without further review. Once you have submitted the form, requests to change it will not be considered. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
