Age Limit
Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years and maximum of 42 years as on 01-01-2025, i.e., candidates must not have been born earlier than 2nd January 1983 and not later than 1st January 2004 (both days inclusive). Maximum age indicated is for Unreserved candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of Odisha guidelines. Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay Examination fees through online mode only via the Odisha Treasury portal linked with the online application form. The examination fee paid shall be refunded to candidates who actually appear in Stage-I (Preliminary Examination). Applications without fee payment (except SC/ST/PwD candidates) will be treated as incomplete and liable for rejection. All candidates must mention their bank account details in the online application form to receive the refund. Selection Process
Selection shall be based on three stages: (i) Preliminary Examination, (ii) Main Written Examination (Technical Paper), and (iii) Certificate Verification. Allotment to a post/service shall be made on the basis of merit-cum-preference. Candidates must appear in all stages; absence at any stage will lead to rejection of candidature. Question papers shall be in both Odia and English versions; candidates must choose their medium while filling the online application form (option once given cannot be changed).
