Eligibility
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or such other qualification equivalent thereto; Adequate knowledge in Computer Application as specified in the Schedule; Ability to speak, read and write Odia, with one of the prescribed Odia qualifications • Age limit: Must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 42 years (as on 1 January 2026) • Age relaxation: SEBC 5 years, SC 5 years, ST 5 years, Women 5 years, Ex-Servicemen 5 years, PwD (40% or more) 10 years, PwD of SEBC/SC/ST 15 years (cumulative) Other conditions: • Must be able to speak, read and write Odia with one of the prescribed Odia qualifications • Adequate knowledge in Computer Application as specified in the Schedule • Transgender candidates can apply • Date of birth in the High School Certificate or equivalent only is accepted

Part / Paper: Subject | Marks Written Examination (Paper I, II and III): Paper I: General Knowledge; other papers as per Appendix I | 400 Skill Test in Computer (Practical - Qualifying): Computer | 50 • 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer • Multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark • Written exam held at centres in 33 zones of the State • Provisional answer key uploaded after the exam for online objections

• Apply online through the proforma application form on https://www.opsc.gov.in. • Registration and online application link open from 09.11.2026 to 30.11.2026 till 05.00 PM. • Submit only one online application; multiple applications through multiple PPSAN accounts will be rejected. • Pay Rs. 700 examination fee online while filling the form (SC, ST and PWD exempted). • Upload the required certificates (SEBC, PwD, Sports, Ex-Servicemen) where reservation is claimed. • Furnish bank account details for refund in the online application form.
