A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above 42 years on 1 January 2026 - that is, born not earlier than 2 January 1984 and not later than 1 January 2005. Salary
The post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) carries the scale of pay in Level-12 of the pay matrix provided under Rule-3 of the ORSP Rules-2017, corresponding to the pre-revised scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600 – Rs. 39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400, along with usual dearness allowance and other allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
