Selection Process
Selection for all notified posts is through Personal Interview (PI) only - there is no written examination. Shortlisting will be done based on details furnished in the online application. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be notified for PI via email. If the number of applications is very large, OIL may raise the minimum eligible standards to restrict the number of candidates called for PI. Provisionally selected candidates must clear Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) at OIL Hospital, Duliajan, Assam or at a Government Medical Officer (Civil Surgeon rank or above) or OIL-empanelled hospital before final appointment.
