Must be a retired official of Govt./PSU/Private sector with 25 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in land acquisition/revenue matters and liaison with administration. Must have retired from at least the post of General Manager (Grade G)/Deputy Secretary or equivalent. Sound understanding of Central, State and Local land acquisition laws and revenue processes. Good communication skills in Assamese, English & Hindi. Knowledge of local language(s) and script of operational areas is an advantage. Ability to work in multi-disciplinary activities, project management, supervision and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and willing to travel extensively in the Northeastern States.
