Eligibility
Candidates must fulfil all eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date 1st May 2026. Only candidates with prior experience in recognized residential schools are eligible. Both male and female candidates without encumbrances may apply. Health and fitness requirements are as per NVS norms applicable for regular appointment. Experience certificates from previously served institutions/defence establishments must clearly mention the date of issuance. Educational Qualification Qualification: Details Essential Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline Essential Work Experience (Option 1): Minimum 5 years' experience in pay level 5 or above of 7th CPC (or equivalent scale) in any recognized residential school Essential Work Experience (Option 2): Minimum 7 years' experience on consolidated pay not less than Rs. 29,200/- per month in any recognized residential school Essential Work Experience (Option 3 - Ex-Defence): Ex-defence personnel with minimum 5 years' experience in pay level 5 or above of 7th CPC Essential Work Experience (Option 4 - Ex-JNV): Candidates who have worked in JNVs: minimum 3 years' experience Desirable Qualification: (a) Master's degree / B.Ed; (b) Proficiency in regional language (verified during personal talk; no documentary evidence required) Marital Status: Male & Female without encumbrances

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for personal talk based on marks allotted for educational qualifications and other qualifications. Only shortlisted candidates (as per criteria fixed by the Samiti) will be informed for personal interaction on their registered Email ID. The selection process is conducted in physical mode only. Stage: Details Shortlisting: Based on marks for educational qualifications and other qualifications against anticipated vacancies Document Verification: Self-attested photocopies (both sides) of all documents, mark lists of each semester/year, and original documents to be brought to the venue; valid Government-issued ID proof with photocopy also required Personal Talk: Held at designated centres communicated to shortlisted candidates via registered Email ID NVS reserves the right to modify the place of personal talk if required.
