Age Limit
The upper age limit for all posts is 32 years as on the last date of online application. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines. Salary
Selected candidates for all posts will be placed in Grade E1 with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- under the IDA pattern. Selected candidates will be placed at the initial basic pay of the respective pay scale. Other benefits such as Dearness Allowance, perquisites, allowances, and terminal benefits will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.

Candidates are required to qualify both SKT and EAT separately. • Personal Interview: Based on merit and requirement of the post, shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview. The final selection will be based on 85% weightage of the online selection test and 15% weightage of interview marks. Candidates have to choose any two cities as Preference-I and Preference-II as their test centre; no change will be considered subsequently, and NSPCL reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending on candidate response for that area/centre.
