Eligibility
Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods • M.Sc. (Agri) and allied sciences of farm sector with minimum 01 years of field level work experience in relevant field. • B.Sc. (Agri) and allied sciences of farm sector with minimum 03 years of field level work experience in relevant field. • Any other Master degree with minimum 05 years of field level work experience in farm livelihoods or relevant field. District Program Manager • Full time Post Graduate Degree (2 years) in Social Sciences/Rural Development / MSW / MBA / Agricultural Sciences or equivalent discipline. • Minimum 5 years/program experience in rural development. Candidate should have experience in handling large and multi-disciplinary team as well executing livelihoods, SHG programs with demonstrated leadership skills. • Preference shall be given to the candidates with minimum experience of one year as District Manager. Cluster Supervisor • Graduate • Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant experience. • Reading, writing & speaking skills in Kannada & English.
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 18 years • Maximum Age: 50 years • Maximum Age For District Program Manager: 45 years below
Salary
• Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods: Rs 25000 • Cluster Supervisor: Rs 35000 • District Program Manager: Rs 18000
