Manager (Fin., Law): 30 years The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer). Relaxation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen is as per Govt. of India rules. For internal candidates, age is no bar.
Salary
Candidates in regular or contractual service on a pay scale in NPCC, other Government or Semi-Government organisations, PSUs, autonomous bodies or Govt. institutions need at least 2 years in the next below pay scale. Contractual staff on consolidated remuneration in these bodies, and candidates from the non-government or private sector, should have drawn the equivalent CTC for at least two years on the cut-off date. Post: Below Pay Scale Required | CTC Required General Manager (HR): 80000-220000 (IDA) / PB Level 13 (CDA) / Scale-V or equivalent | Rs. 23.91 Lakh per annum Manager (Finance/HR/IT/Raj Bhasha): 40000-140000 (IDA) / Level 9 (CDA) / Scale-I or equivalent | Rs. 11.96 Lakh per annum Dy. Manager (Finance/Law): 30000-120000 (IDA) / Level 6 (CDA) or equivalent | Rs. 8.97 Lakh per annum Candidates claiming CTC must give Form 16 signed by an authorised officer, if applicable. The two-year requirement does not apply to candidates already in the same scale or above, though they must meet the other criteria.
