Post: Vacancies | Pay Consultant (Accountant): 01 | Fixed monthly amount: Last Pay Drawn (Basic Pay) - Basic Pension + Transport Allowance (applicable at the time of retirement) The pay is worked out once and stays the same for the whole contract. Each month's payment is released only after the concerned controlling officer gives a satisfactory performance certificate. Income Tax and any other tax are deducted at source as per Government instructions. During the engagement the Consultant keeps drawing pension and Dearness Relief on pension. Age Limit
Applicants must be below 63 years of age on the closing date of applications, 25 November 2026. They must also be in good health so they can carry out their official duties.

• Download the official notification and print the application form (Annexure-II), the Non-disclosure Undertaking (Annexure-III) and the experience proforma (Appendix). • Fill in the form: name, parent's or spouse's name, date of birth, correspondence and permanent addresses, mobile number, email ID, educational or technical qualifications, post held on retirement, and date of retirement with the name of the last office. Paste a passport-size photograph. • Give your experience in the Appendix: period, office or organisation, post held and remuneration (Pay Band with Grade Pay or Level in the Pay Matrix), and the duties you performed. • Sign the declaration on the form. In it you confirm that you accept the Annexure-I terms and that no disciplinary proceedings are pending against you. • Sign the Non-disclosure Undertaking. It is addressed to the Director General, NMET. • Send the complete set to: The Joint Director (Admn. & Legal), NMET, 9th Floor, Jeevan Prakash Building, 25 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110001 (Tele: 011-24046003). Documents to enclose: a copy of the PPO, the experience Appendix, the signed Annexure-III, and supporting documents for any special achievement you list. Applications that arrive after the deadline, or without supporting documents, will not be considered.
