Selection Process
Applications are shortlisted, and shortlisted candidates are called for an interview/presentation. • Preference in shortlisting will be given to applicants with previous experience in handling incubatees, managing and organizing various programs, and drafting proposals and reports. • Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. • NITJ TBI reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for interview.

They must be sent on or before 23 November 2026 (5:00 PM). • Fill in the prescribed application form printed at the end of the advertisement. Write the post name and the Advt. No. with its date, and paste a recent passport size colour photograph. • Prepare a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV). • Collect self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates and other supporting documents. • Write a brief strategic note (2–3 pages) outlining your vision and roadmap for the growth and sustainability of NITJ TBI. • Send all documents in a single email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Application for the Post of CEO, NITJ TBI".
