Eligibility
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at UG and PG for GEN/GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL. • Minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at UG and PG for SC/ST/PwD. • OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology with at least CGPA of 7.5/10 or 70% of marks for GEN/ GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL. • OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology with at least CGPA of 7.0/10 or 65% for SC/ST/PwD. • B.Tech/B.E or Equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/Information Technology (IT)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech/M.E or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering. • OR B.Tech/B.E or Equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/Information Technology (IT)/Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years • Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD candidates.
Salary
• For 1st & 2nd Year: Rs. 37,000 + 20% HRA = Rs. 44,400 per month • For 3rd Year: Rs. 42,000 + 20% HRA = Rs. 50,400 per month (upon successful assessment and upgradation to SRF)
