Eligibility
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E/B.Tech with First class in Electrical Engineering (EE) / Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electrical and Computers Engineering/ Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) with a valid GATE score. Preference: M.E/M.Tech. in Power Electronics / Power electronics and drives or equivalent master's degree (First class i.e. 60% or 6.5 CGPA). • Project Associate - I: B.E/B.Tech with First class in Electrical Engineering (EE) / Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electrical and Computers Engineering/ Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE).
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 32 years. • Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates will get a relaxation of 5 years, and OBC candidates will get a relaxation of 3 years.
Salary
• JRF (GATE qualified Candidates): Rs. 37,000 + HRA for the first two years and Rs. 42,000 + HRA for the 3rd year. • Project Associate – I (Non-GATE Candidates): Rs. 30,000 + HRA for the first two years and Rs. 33,000 + HRA for the 3rd year.
