Eligibility
Post: Vacancies | Pay Project Manager: 1 (One) | Rs. 60,000.00 per month (consolidated) Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Science or Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent. Desirable Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within R&D, innovation, or technology-driven environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and verbal skills. Experience in project life cycle management, vendor management, contract management, developing detailed project plans, risk and change management, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Bachelor or master degrees in a science, engineering, or technology related field, with project management certifications like MSP considered a plus. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in managing grant-funded or collaborative, multi-partner, or multi-institutional research projects is an added advantage. Age Limit: Up to 50 years. The upper age limit is relaxable as per ANRF, Government of India, and NIT Rourkela norms as applicable.
